Sure, we love immersing ourselves in our meals, chopping and grinding and kneading and keeping track of the 20 different steps some recipes call for. 👩🏻🍳 But we most adore the no-recipe recipes, the simple, the delicious, the on-repeat because, you know, life is happening and happening fast. Just like this dish: Melon, Prosciutto & Burrata. When the name of the dish are almost the only things that are in it, you know you’ve struck gold! 🥇
