Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan



This beautiful Roasted Asparagus with Shaved Parmesan is the perfect side dish. It goes with meat, any kind of fish or you can chop it up and throw it on a big pile of buttery pasta. And the best thing about this is that you don’t even need a complicated recipe to make it! Here’s the How To: Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C). Trim the ends off as much asparagus as you need, about 6-8 stalks per person. Arrange them on a pan sheet so they’re in a single layer. Drizzle extra virgin oil all over the asparagus. Sprinkle sea salt generously over the asparagus and finish off with a few grinds of the pepper mill. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Take out of the oven, shave Parmesan or Pecorino Romano over the asparagus and boom! Serve.
