Trim the ends off as much asparagus as you need, about 6-8 stalks per person. Arrange them on a pan sheet so they’re in a single layer. Drizzle extra virgin oil all over the asparagus. Sprinkle sea salt generously over the asparagus and finish off with a few grinds of the pepper mill. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
