Umm… Dippable desert? Yes, please! This S’mores Cheesecake Dip is absolutely delectable and so easy to make. Are you hosting game day and are still looking for something sweet to serve? Potluck party? Big and small alike will love this! We discovered this recipe on the website of @aprettylife and of course it spoke to us. Loud and clear. “Make Me!”, to be specific. The recipe is perfect as is, but we decided to add a layer of melted Nutella to the mix, because that’s just who we are. You’re welcome!
Ingredients
1 8 oz package of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened (230 g)
1 7 oz jar of marshmallow fluff (200 g)
2 tbsp of Nutella
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 – 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (Ghiradelli's are simply the best!)
Graham crackers, apples or strawberries for dipping
Preheat your oven to broil.
Whip together the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until creamy and smooth, then transfer the mixture to a small baking dish. Warm the Nutella in the microwave for about a minute or until soft. Swirl evenly over the marshmallow mixture.
Top everything with the mini marshmallows, then sprinkle on the mini chocolate chips. Place the dip in the oven and broil until the marshmallows turn golden brown – this will only take less than a minute so make sure to watch it very carefully! We mean it: do not take your eyes off the dish, those marshmallows will go from golden brown to charcoals in a few seconds!
